popeye

creepin up on 26 hours of the raw cleanse and suprisingly i feel pretty good and have a lot of energy. this morning i had a banana for breakfast and tried out a spinach smoothie for lunch. you can call me popeye! i just threw whatever i could get my hands on into the blender; two handfuls of spinach, a banana, one apple, one clementine, and a handful of blueberries. i added (a little too much) water. it came out looking like pea soup. and all i could really taste was the banana! it made enough for three servings so i stocked up the fridge. there's some crazy people who actually live like this all the time...so i'm finding some pretty nutso recipies online. dinner tonight? yams. plain. we'll see how that goes. i'll be hittin up the gym in about an hour so we'll see how that works out since i guesstimate that my calorie consumption for the day is like.....500 calories max.
